How do I redeem my discount code or voucher code?

Do you have a code for the SugarShape Shop? Here's how to redeem it:

  1. Choose your desired items in the shop and add them to your cart by selecting your correct size next to the item and clicking "Add to cart".
  2. 2. Then click "Shopping Cart" at the top right of the page to view it.
  3. 3. Then click "Shopping Cart" at the top right of the page.
  4. Select "Checkout" or view your shopping cart in detail again and then proceed "to checkout".
  5. Enter your SugarShape code below your selected items and confirm it by selecting "Apply".
  6. The discount or voucher value will now automatically be deducted from your order total.

You can redeem only one discount code per order, but any number of gift voucher codes. Gift voucher codes can be combined with discount codes.

How do I find my right bra size?

Simply measure yourself with a tape measure and use our size calculator. There you will also find detailed instructions on how to measure yourself correctly. If you don't have a tape measure, we will gladly send you one for free.

Our experts are also happy to advise you individually!

What is the Bra Box and how can I order one?

Are you unsure about choosing the right bra or simply want to be surprised with beautiful lingerie and swimwear? Then our Bra Box is just right for you! To receive a Bra Box, simply fill out our Bra Box questionnaire. Based on your information, your personal fitting expert will put together a selection of 3-4 sets and send them to your home free of charge and on account. You can try on our recommendations at your leisure and in the comfort of your own home, and you only keep and pay for what you like. You can exchange the rest free of charge or return it to us free of charge.

Our Bra Box is not a subscription; it is a one-time shipment, and you are not obliged to keep anything. Our tops usually cost between 49.99€ and 74,99€, our bottoms between €15 and €35. Please note that shipping may take some time, as your fitting expert puts a lot of effort into curating the box.

The Bra Box can currently only be ordered from Germany and Austria.

How does my shop order work?

After you have placed the items of your choice in your shopping cart, the system will guide you through the checkout process. Here you can, for example, change your delivery address and select your payment method. Your successful purchase and shipping via DHL will be confirmed by email, and your new treasures will reach you soon.

To ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new SugarShape items later on, you’re of course welcome to try everything on. However, please bear the following points in mind when trying them on:
- Always try bottoms on over your own knickers!
- Make sure the items don’t get stained, for example by cosmetic products such as deodorant or make-up.
- The items should not be affected by pet hair or the smell of smoke.
- Do not remove the labels until you’ve decided to keep your new favourites.

If something doesn't fit right away, you can return all items (except gift cards) within 14 days. Returns are free in Germany and Austria. Please note our return conditions.

What is a "Bra Charm"?

Bra charms are small pendants that you can attach to the center gore of your bra. This allows you to personalize your bra and give it an individual touch.

Do you also ship abroad?

You can currently place orders in the shop from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Cyprus.

The VIB Box can currently only be shipped to Germany and Austria.

How do I wash SugarShape products?

To ensure you enjoy your SugarShape treasures for a long time, please observe the following care instructions. We recommend only hand washing our bras, bralettes, and swimwear, especially all underwired items.

Our panties can be machine washed on a delicate cycle at 30 degrees.

We recommend not tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning our lingerie and swimwear, and to only wash them with similar colors. Our Bra Charms should absolutely not be washed with the garments.
